We stock 8-1/2" x 11" and 8-1/2" x 14", integrated labels® with a variety of label sizes using 24# laser certified paper, permanent adhesive and stay flat liner.  Does your customer need a custom with different material, size, label configuration, adhesive, print and/or finish (pin feeds/fanfold...)?  We can provide a custom integrated label with either our patented full width liner or a patch liner, made specifically for your customer.

Peel out cards have a clear or paper back laminate carrier.  When the card is peeled out of the form, the laminate splits leaving a portion of the carrier on the form itself and a portion permanently adhered to the back of the card .  You can choose to add a laser laminate to the face of the card as well.

Perf out cards leave a hole(s) in the form once removed.  If desired, they can have a laminate front and/or back, which can be a laser laminate or standard depending on if the end user will be printing on the form.

We stock 8-1/2" x 11" full pressure sensitive laser sheets with a variety of label configurations.  Do you need a custom with different material, size, label configuration, adhesive, print and/or finish (sheets/pin feeds/rolls/fanfold...)?  We can provide a custom PS form made just for your customer.

Some applications/customers prefer a dual web form (also known as label form), including but not limited to pharmacy forms, which join pressure sensitive and paper, via a glue line or PS overlap.

If the label or clean release card require a different material than the base form, an affixed (piggyback / tip on) label or affixed clean release plastic card is your answer.  We can produce all the components including affixing.  If you want to add your value by providing some or all the components, we can be your affixing partner.
